The brief
We have completed a number of design and branding projects for Flagship Homes. After initially being asked to look at a single project, Flagship Homes subsequently asked us to tender for the supply of branding and design for a number of their sites.
With each development, the marketing requirements vary depending on the location, size and target demographic. A name, logo and brochure are the minimum requirements as well as a custom site plan. All elements are carefully designed to reflect the site's location and housing style.
