Norfolk Homes is a respected name in luxury property development, known for building high-quality homes across Norfolk. With a strong local reputation and a loyal customer base, the brand was already well established - but they recognised it was time for a refresh.
They approached us to help evolve their visual identity; the goal was to modernise the brand while staying true to its heritage. The challenge lay in striking the right balance - retaining the familiarity and trust they’d built over decades, while presenting a more refined and contemporary image that better aligned with the homes they’re known for today.
The Result
We refreshed Norfolk Homes’ logo, keeping their signature colour palette while introducing a modern take on the iconic poppy emblem. To support the evolution we created comprehensive brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all applications and enabling their team and partners to use the brand with clarity and confidence.
We’ve continued to support Norfolk Homes across a wide range of marketing projects, from brochures and site maps to photography, videography, social media, and a new website. We've also brought the brand to life through bold, thoughtful signage. As Norfolk Homes continues to grow, so too does the presence of a brand that reflects the care, quality and character at the heart of every home they build.
