Our first project with FMC was the development of their new website. There were several clear but important requirements which focused on customer usage pain points; easy navigation, the ability for customers to add and remove their products from the database, and easy to find downloadable product labels and technical bulletins.
As FMC is a large company, our web development focused not just on the FMC brand and needs itself, but where it would be positioned alongside competitors. The key finding was that whatever we designed for FMC, usability for the end users had to be at the heart. This included the decision to design and implement Custom Headless CMS, which has translation capabilities and the potential to be developed into an app.
Complimenting this usability with a simple but striking design, the end result of FMC’s website design has been exactly what they - and their customers - needed, with information readily accessible, ease of use for customers, and a respected web presence that works perfectly as an online home for this pioneering company.
Since launch, we have continued to provide web development support to maintain the seamless applications of the website. To ensure brand consistency, Swallow Marketing also produce further design requirements as and when FMC require, including video production.
