The Brief
Our ongoing relationship with Flagship Homes includes hoarding and signage design for each of their new developments in East Anglia. These briefs are always part of a bigger marketing package that includes full-service brand identity, photography, drone videography, CGI and website design for the property development.
With every development, we create a signage management programme that includes design, production and installation at every stage. Property marketing includes very niche elements, and new home signage is perhaps the most recognisable from potential homebuyers. Initially, these projects were for smaller developments but as Flagship has grown, so too has the size of their sites, with many now including full marketing suites.

The Results
Signage needed on site includes a range of items. Our first project with Flagship at The Nest, Aldeburgh was for the design and production of debris netting. Now, at their newer sites, The Lilacs (Trimley) and Trinity Meadow (Rackheath), we take the project’s branding design across not only hoarding panels but welcome site signs, flags, and fret cut or backlit external signs, as well as more unique opportunities to give the site an identity such as doormats, site maps and bespoke prints.
While there are industry standards to draw from, we have creatively pushed ourselves to come up with innovative, forward-thinking solutions that set Flagship apart both onsite and online.
